CASE MANAGEMENT - HOUSING
Case management services are available to GSH residents, where staff works with each family to develop an action plan to achieve better career opportunities and stable housing. Case managers assist GSH residents with budgeting and finance management and make referrals to other organizations that specialize in certain services or assistance. The goal is for residents to become self-sufficient and be able to meet their financial obligations.
